Burns supper (2nd Ayrshire)

Last night we held our first burns supper we worked in groups to prepare each course Cameron,Reuben and I were on starters we had Tattie and leek or lentil followed by haggis , neeps and tatties then Eton mess for pudding it was delicious. We also had lots of Scottish entertainment with Zoe and Iona playing bagpipes, Rosie on violin and Cameron and Reuben playing drums , We had the address to the haggis and I said Tam O Shanter . We even invited our old group scout leader John and his wife pat along to join our burns supper. It was a fun evening and our leaders got to sit back while we cooked the dinner and tidied up !
